Who We Are
Evergreen Games was established in 2015 by a group of friends who wanted to commemorate memory of Simon ‘Evergreen’ Pearce, who was taken too soon by Brain Cancer.
Over the years, few people have helped us bring the community together and kept Evergreen Games going
2015
Ben Turner was the catalyst who started it all. Everything Evergreen Games is today, started from here, including the wonderful logo that you see everywhere.

Bridie moved to Sydney.
2016-2019
When Ben got caught in circle of life, juggling a baby, and everything else, Bridie Hudson took up the mantle. She found our current venue, worked tirelessly each year to make sure Evergreen Games continued.

2024 - present
Somewhere in 2022, Sonika started playing board games again. A chance meeting with Tamara and mention of Evergreen Games led to her joining Melbourne Meeples, and bring Evergeen Games back with their support.
Evergreen Games also moved to May from October/November as May is Brain Cancer Awareness Month.
